Photo guidance: Helpful photos include a wide shot of the dock or door opening, the equipment nameplate, the failure point, the operator/control box, and visible impact damage. Avoid sending photos that include people, confidential paperwork, employee information, payment information, proprietary facility documents, restricted areas, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Residential, boat-dock, marina-dock, and lake-dock requests are not handled.
