Terms of Service

Last updated: May 3, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Greenville Dock Door Repair and any call, form submission, email, text message, service request, or other communication submitted through this website.

By using this website, calling us, submitting a form, or requesting commercial dock or door service information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or submit a service request.

1. What Greenville Dock Door Repair Is

Greenville Dock Door Repair is a commercial dock and door service request website for the Greenville-Spartanburg metropolitan area and the Upstate South Carolina industrial corridor. This website accepts commercial service requests for loading docks, dock levelers, commercial overhead doors, industrial roll-up doors, high-speed doors, warehouse doors, trailer restraints, dock seals, dock shelters, commercial door operators, and related commercial dock equipment.

2. Commercial Service Requests Only

This website is for commercial dock and door service requests at warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, automotive suppliers, cold-storage facilities, 3PLs, trucking terminals, municipal facilities, and other commercial operations.

We do not handle residential garage doors, home garage door springs, home garage door openers, boat docks, marina docks, lake docks, dock construction over water, DIY parts-only requests, storefront glass, automatic pedestrian doors, automotive glass, residential handyman work, or unrelated home-service requests.

3. Service Providers Are Independent Businesses

If your request appears to fit the service area, equipment type, and commercial-only purpose of this website, we may share your request with a local commercial dock and door service provider. Any provider that contacts you or performs work is an independent business. Independent providers are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of Greenville Dock Door Repair unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. Each provider is responsible for its own quotes, rates, trip charges, dispatch decisions, scheduling, service work, parts, labor, workmanship, invoices, payment terms, warranties, insurance, licensing, safety procedures, lockout/tagout procedures, service reports, documentation, customer communications, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. No Guaranteed Provider Availability

Submitting a request, calling the commercial service line, or sending an email does not guarantee that a provider is available in your area, that a provider will accept the request, that a provider will respond within any specific window, or that any specific price or scope will be offered. Provider availability depends on facility location, equipment type, urgency, time of day, parts availability, provider capacity, documentation requirements, and whether the request fits the commercial scope of this website.

5. No Guaranteed Emergency Response

Greenville Dock Door Repair does not guarantee emergency response, after-hours response, weekend response, holiday response, or any specific time-to-arrival. For situations involving immediate danger, injury, fire, electrical hazard, structural hazard, security breach, or other emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency services or qualified safety personnel.

6. No Direct Repair Work Unless Separately Stated

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, Greenville Dock Door Repair does not perform repair work, installation, parts sales, or on-site service. Repair work is performed by an independent local commercial dock and door service provider when a provider is available and the request fits.

7. User-Submitted Information

You represent that information you submit through the website, the commercial service line, or related communications is accurate, that you are authorized to submit it, and that submitting it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. You are responsible for the content of any information you submit.

8. Photos and Files

When you submit photos or files describing dock or door equipment, you grant Greenville Dock Door Repair and any reviewed local provider a limited license to use those photos and files solely for the purpose of evaluating, scoping, routing, and responding to your commercial service request. You should not submit confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information in photos or files.

9. Provider Identity, Rates, Insurance, and Documentation

Provider identity, rate structure, trip charges, hourly rates, parts pricing, insurance documentation (including COI, workers compensation, and commercial auto), licensing, vendor onboarding requirements, site-escort requirements, safety orientations, and service-report deliverables should be confirmed directly with the provider before service is scheduled. Greenville Dock Door Repair does not set, guarantee, or document provider rates, insurance, or compliance.

10. Safety and Emergency Situations

Information on this website is general and is not on-site safety guidance. If a dock leveler, commercial overhead door, warehouse door, roll-up door, high-speed door, trailer restraint, rolling fire door, or related dock system appears unsafe, stop using the equipment, block off the area, keep personnel and forklift traffic clear, and follow your facility's safety and lockout/tagout procedures. Do not attempt repairs unless your facility has qualified personnel authorized to do so.

11. No Manufacturer, Brand, Port, Airport, or Industrial-Tenant Affiliation

Greenville Dock Door Repair is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, certified by, sponsored by, or formally affiliated with Rite-Hite, Kelley, Serco, McGuire, Pentalift, Blue Giant, Nordock, Poweramp, Rytec, Albany, ASSA ABLOY, Hörmann, Overhead Door Corporation, Raynor, Wayne Dalton, CornellCookson, BMW, Michelin, SC Ports, Norfolk Southern, GSP Airport, or any other manufacturer, brand, property owner, port authority, airport authority, industrial tenant, or trademark owner. Brand and local facility names are referenced only to help commercial facility managers identify equipment types and service geography.

12. No Residential Garage Door or Boat Dock Services

Greenville Dock Door Repair does not handle residential garage doors, home garage door springs, home garage door openers, boat docks, marina docks, lake docks, dock construction over water, floating docks, residential handyman work, or other home-service requests. Requests outside the commercial scope of this website are not accepted.

13. Website Information Is General

Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes about commercial dock and door service requests in Greenville-Spartanburg and Upstate South Carolina. The website does not provide engineering, code-compliance, NFPA 80, manufacturer-specific, warranty, or legal advice.

14. Third-Party Links and Providers

The website may link to or reference third-party websites, manufacturer pages, or local-area references for informational purposes. Greenville Dock Door Repair is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any third-party website or provider.

15. Payment, Quotes, Warranties, and Service Work

All payment, quote, dispatch, scheduling, service-work, parts, labor, warranty, and invoice terms are between you and the independent provider that performs the work. Greenville Dock Door Repair is not a party to those terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenville Dock Door Repair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or facility downtime arising out of or related to your use of the website, the commercial service line, any communications with us, or any service performed by an independent provider — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
